John Kirsch is an experienced professional with over 22 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP.

In addition to his consulting experience, John has worked with Dynamics GP in various past user roles giving him a unique perspective when working with customers.   He has supported GP as internal IT providing support, performing upgrades, performance tuning and other technical tasks.  He has also used the software as a Controller leading the accounting, procurement and production departments using Dynamics GP. 

As a consultant, John has interacted with hundreds of GP implementations and users of those environments.  His experience with the product goes back to version 4.5 and touches every module of the software.  He has extensive experience with SQL and performance tuning as well as report writing using Excel, SSRS and other tools.  On the functional side, John has expertise in the distribution modules including Inventory, Sales Order Processing and Purchase Order Processing.  He has also helped numerous customers with Workflow and other automation improvements.  John has vast knowledge and experience with SmartConnect integrations with GP.

John has experience with other ERP systems including Business Central.  He has performed several rolls on BC implementations including project manager.  He has led the software selection process with companies as they evaluate their software needs and requirements.  He is experienced with other technologies including Windows Servers, Azure, and Power BI.  His experience in IT has included involvement in most technologies related to ERP usage.

Equally as important as his technical background, John’s leadership and personality helps to facilitate strong teamwork and relationships with those that he works with.  With his focus on finding the best solution, his openness and servant mentality strives to find the best solution for any situation.   With an eye for process improvement from Lean experience, opportunities and enhancement are a common outcome.  John enjoys giving presentations and interacting with participants at events.

John is active in his community.  He serves on the board of directors for Golden House in Green Bay, WI.  Golden House is a comprehensive domestic violence program serving victims in Brown County.  John also helps with various other charity and school events.

John is a husband and father of 5.  His interests mostly involve activities with his children especially involving music, sports, and camping.
